Your profile including "safety rating" is inside the default.sav file. You can copy that file, share it, and edit it with a hex-editor. It can get corrupted quite easily by losing internet in a MP session. In PCARS 2 you coulkd also easily cheat the system be deactivating all outgoing communication of the app, a.k.a disabling steam cloud and downloads in the background. What I see in your screeshots is what happens when a corrupted default.sav gets overwritten by steam. You are lucky, because the last time I deleted the whole AMS2 folder after an update, I started again with U1500.
Yes had that, also. (Pc2 I will look again later, maybe meantime save folder copies now and again. I saved screen shots of progression since last time this happened after system was introduced.
Lesson learned Glad I never started up a MP career in AMS2 ByTheWay: Then I saw this. Maybe I should start a career and then start my hex editor up to "tweak" my rating a bit. Hmmm
