In an AMS1 update a while back, Reiza added a lock on the driver's arms for graphical reasons. This has really detracted the experience for me when watching replays. I loved seeing the drivers' arms moving and hacksawing at wheel, seeing all the bumps and forces coming through, seeing how much lock gets used for turns, for corrected slides, etc. I loved being able to see, especially from a TV/trackside cam, exactly what I was doing with the car. It made the replays so enjoyable, so immersive, so beautiful.

Reiza did add an option to disable the lock:
Driver Arm Rotation Lock="1" // When Driver Arms are on, do we wish to lock the amount of angle steering. Disabling this will result in graphical glitches.

Setting the above to 0 will disable the lock but it does not disable the lock during TV/trackside cams, only for some other views.

Reiza, can you please allow the above setting to also affect TV/trackside cams? Most people won't enable this PLR file (and can easily disable it if they do) so it shouldn't be a problem.

I searched all sorts of text files but I can't find any option to disable the lock during TV/trackside views.

Lots of the game's files are encrypted or hidden so I'm assuming this lock is in one of those files (perhaps individual car files?) or somewhere in the game's EXE itself.

You can always release this in a tiny Steam update that no one will even notice.

Or, may you please PM me with a file or script or command prompt or something that has this unlocked? I won't give it to anyone without your permission. I can even sign a legal document if you'd like.

This option makes such a huge difference for me. There's got to be some file or something you can send me that disables the lock during TV/trackside cams/replays.
