RWB are trying out their mini league format from Project Cars in AMS for the first time on Thursday 2nd February. The format is simple - 1 car, 5 mins qualy, 5 laps, 5 tracks. Scores are tallied up for each race and a winner announced on the night. It kicks off at our usual time of 9:30pm (UK) and is expected to take just over an hour. The car and tracks aren't known until you join the server and we run default setups. We normally pick the slower cars and shorter, often less used tracks, which in combination with the format, tends to lead to very close races. It worked a treat in Project Cars so time to see how it works out in AMS Hope to see you there.
Sorry for asking what is probably obvious to many others, but... How does one join ? Are the tracks all "standard" ones ? TIA
lol good questions Vaken - I rushed this one a bit. We will run this on our RWB Events server which will be unlocked for this. Just turn up for 9:30pm and off you go. If you can join our Discord comms server that would help too but it's not mandatory - RWB Discord Track wise it's traditional for this format not to announce them but then we never had mod tracks to deal with in Project Cars. I'll finalise the tracks tonight and post links to any mod tracks we will use Cheers.
