Safety (letter) vs Performance (digits) Rating?

    Thanks to @toniware we now have a great tool to understand safety rating. Is it correct to assume the leading letter is the safety and the following digits is the "performance" rating?

    It will be interesting to see what changes are made to the system when the official documentation comes out in a few weeks. Hopefully some of the issues noticed by @toniware will have some adjustments made (e.g. punt someone then drive clean the rest of the lap and gain safety points).
