"Senna" is released today on Netflix. Reiza mentioned that it contributed to that series. I'll probably start watching this evening. I'd be curious to know how fellow Automobilista fans feel about this show.
After seeing the first trailers I was not overly enthusiastic. But I gave it a go and absolutely loved it. It’s a great show by itself, which would totally work even without the racing parts, which is not always a given with motorsport focused stories. The cast is phenomenal, great music, both original score and era hit songs, very well rendered races (I was afraid of that part but they did great), and I totally didn’t cry (damn onions). Ayrton Ayrton Ayyyyrton Senna do Brasil!
I’m enjoying so far, although the script feels a bit rushed, as they try to summarize his whole career in just a few episodes
Exactly what I felt too. Could use a couple of more episodes. I want to deepen some aspects of his life out.
