   1) Just wondering how do you log into a server as a superadmin as opposed to an admin?
   2) what is the commands to add a weight penalty to a car and can it be done while in admin mode or does it have to be superadmin mode?

   1) the same as admin but with the super admin password.
   2) I think any admin mode is fine for adding ballast.
   

   Code:

   /setmass <mass> <name> // admin/server command to apply a penalty mass (0-255 kg) to the specified player with immediate effect, lasting for the rest of the weekend.
