Since the last windows 10 update my G 27 is broke

When I detect my G 27 wheel, game says it loaded profile for my G 27, but it doesn't
work in game. When I shift into 1st gear it doesn't respond t the throttle
Any ideas for me to try.....PLease HELP.

 

My G27 still working correct,

• Check if G27 still working (on another system)
• Check Steam content
• Reinstall drivers
  
• Reinstall Windows
