Sparks are horrible in VR.

Can the "Sparks" be turned off without turning all the other effects off? The sparks ruin the VR view. Seems much worse in latest update.

 

You are right

For me on top it’s the terrible aliasing that pops out from the rear when you follow a car

especially at night or in rain and to the point it gives me eyes strains I am sure if I drive too much in such conditions

 

Not only in VR I'd like to add.
Sparks look very cartoonish in my opinion.

 

Would like this too! As mentioned, in VR the sparks really detract from the immersion. They’re just not right. Although I can’t put my finger on it. Seems like they are way behind the car instead of right on it.

 

Agree, Sparks need some love, Need another particle system for 3d Sparks with hot amber's rolling along the surface. a secondary water system for larger drips of water falling from bridges, signs ect.. During the rain. also would like Bug Splatter build up on windshield during Spring, Summer. Thanks Reiza, Moving along nicely!

 

If Reiza could make the option to turn Sparks off till they fix it, that would be great.
