Same here. Im running the SR P Lite pedals, inverted. Ruled out a few things like USB Hub or length of cable. Ive tried quite a few firmware versions too. It seems to happen rather inconsistently for me as well. It'll run great for long enough i might think it has fixed itself. And then it happens again. Sometimes i lose throttle for 10 seconds or more. Sometimes only 1 second. It happens in the pithouse software itself not just any particular game. Maybe Ill try swapping the pedals to see if its a hardware issue or not.

So I've swapped sides for the clutch and throttle in an attempt to narrow down whether it was firmware or hardware. I figure if the same issue persists but with the, now clutch pedal, then its clearly a hardware problem, and (probably) firmware if the throttle input continues to bug despite being on a different pedal. To my surprise the issue stopped completely, while another arose. My clutch input (on what was previously the throttle), would now sit at 50% when not depressed. When recalibrating it would start at 50% then drop to 0% and back up to 100% through its full range of motion. I'm thinking the underlying issue is that the pedal has loosened up and is giving incorrect readings due to the alignment of the sensor and magnet. How or why this would cause my throttle to cut out entirely, i don't know, (maybe negative values?) but i will be tightening everything i can, ensuring a nut didn't loosen over time. Will update if the problem comes back.

My advice for anyone with a similar issue that persists in multiple titles would be to test their pedals the same way.
