Steering sensitivity always goes back to 17 with gamepad, why?

I'm using Xbox 360 speed wheel, and no matter what options i select, i can't get linear steering with it, it always goes back to default value of 17. I tried it as a wheel and as a controller, always goes back. What can be done about that? Tnx.

 

Try adjusting the value with the mouse by clicking the arrow icons. I noticed it doesn't save if you drag the slider or use the controller to move it. Some kind of bug that's persisted since launch.

 

Doesn't work. It's like you press a button, either 1 or 0.

 

@Sektor , you could try this?
- Verify integrity of game files
- choose "custom" device in Control scheme
- Backup and remove .sav file(s) in \Documents\Automobilista 2\savegame\-------\automobilista 2\profiles

 

@SaxOhare Custom wheel or custom gamepad?
