Even with double yellow flags implemented I am still not seeing single yellow flags displayed, this is in both single and multiplayer. Interestingly sometimes crew chief does announce "there's an incident in X, I think it's driver Y", and occasionally I do see a green flag displayed, indicating there was some issue but I never got the yellow. So it does seem like the game is outputting some incident data, just not showing me the yellow. Is this the same for everyone else? Thank you
