Happens only in the Mini Cup, Metalmoro and the Stockcars (old & new) and only while driving straight. I made a profile with dynamic oscillation control, dampers, inertia and all the stuff, which is normally off and it tames the shaking, but FFB-details getting lost and wonder if there are other tweaks i can try.

Hey Leynad, is this something that just started happening with a recent update? I can test and report back too.

No, that's from day one I tested them.

Okay, I checked and yes, they do have a tendency to oscillate but, I never noticed before because it's not an issue unless I let go of the wheel. Maybe it is when running higher force settings but, Dynamic Oscillation Control at 100% does eliminate it and you might get some detail back by adding a small amount of min-force in AMS FFB (try 5-10%).

I'm running 90-100% high and dynamic oscillation control alone isn't enough to calm the shaking. All other cars are fine, so I think it's a game bug.

I run high force settings in SC4 but, lower the game FFB output to achieve the desired torque level but, I can't check that atm.

Have you experimented with SC4 Friction settings? If they work to control oscillations but, you feel it adds too much steering resistance, add some inertia until you find a good balance. I haven't tried it using the AF but, I know others that use it with the OSW wheels to help with oscillation.

Thanks for your help. I found a nice solution without intertia and friction. Just adding Foundation FFB calms everything down, even it´s just at 10% and ingame FFB at 80%, just with stationary oscillation and smoothing.

Great - use what works; I like to keep it as simple as possible. :)
