I tried the new VR camera settings, and I couldn't see any difference - but I could definitely feel it - it was triggering the ol' vr/motion sickness again as if I was brand new to VR again. But I couldn't see anything differently - at least not long enough b4 the motion sickness made me want to stop playing. I switched to the legacy SMS VR cam settings immediately afterwards. What does the new VR camera do differently? Is it worth going to the new settings?

The new settings seem to detach the VR perspective from the car and move your view around as if your head was connected by a spring or something. I turned "legacy head movement" back to 1 after doing some testing. The new settings are horrible for VR.

I experience the same of „motion sickness“ with legacy=0, and normally I am not that sensible to motion sickness.

    but

if this could be sorted out, I think the new legacy=0 with the „as if your head was connected by a spring or something“ is the way to go and very immersive in VR, because it does what human perception would be sitting in a „rumbling object“ (car) and your body (head/eyes) compensate the movement to a specific amount.

the option to „tune“ any kind of „smoothness“ of this is another story than, but the concept of legacy=0 is great. For sure plz without the actual „bug“ that provide the motion sickness.
