The steering sensitivity slider is probably inverted...

    Yes, I know, I know, "use 50".

    But I discovered that a little less sensitivity (linearity, in this case) removes that feeling that the car is turning with all 4 wheels and not just the front ones.

    In any case, the video below isn't about preference, but rather showing that the steering sensitivity slider (which in my opinion should be called linearity) is inverted: A maximum value makes the wheel turn less, and a minimum value makes the wheel turn more.
