I've had a TH8A for awhile. Used it alot when racing nascar h-shifter stuff on iRacing. I swapped it over to the sequential and decided to give it a shot on AMS2. The game recognizes it and I can set it to shift up and down in the menus. However once I get into the race it won't shift gears, it stays with the pedal shifters on the wheel. It's not a huge deal as I think the paddles will probably be best but I'd still like to try it out. Was wondering if anyone has any suggestions? Currently, my setup is Fanatac CSL Elite Wheelbase and P1 Wheel Fanatec pedals connected via wheelbase a generic button box and then the TH8A shifter Everything works great during race except the shifter.
Please try creating a control preset with "custom" wheelmake. That should do it. Then bind your TH8A to the correct buttons.
