Hello , When a drop of rain starts to fall and I pit in, the Pit Crew Should Automatic assume I want to change to rain tires. Isn't that what Automatic by weather means.? The race is 2 laps in, rain starts , I pit in , they put slicks on, Why? Okay track is still semi dry , but I'm anticipating a wet track by the end of the lap. Please change to wets.
while a human can tell its most likely going to keep raining. the game doesnt know (it could but it doesnt) the automatic by weather, is basically a "best tire for right now". in theory it could stop raining in 10sec and u would get mad that u ahve wets on. u can change what tire u want in the ICM under "adjust strategy", should u favor a specific tireset
Yip. That's what I do. I never use auto tire selection. It's too risky to trust computer to make that decision for me.
