What’s the state of play with track progression in AMS2?

I’ve run various races of different lengths and over a number of increased time factors on different circuits and under most circumstances i.e. dry, wet, sunny and clear as well as overcast plus with conditions changing throughout, and I’ve never noticed either visually or through feel a build up of rubber on the circuit.

I’m not an experienced sim racer so readily admit that I may easily miss the feel even if I do end up (subconsciously) reacting to it. In rF2 there’s an obvious line of rubber that builds up over time (or that you can lay down in the settings) and I wondered whether AMS2 has similar though it’s less visually noticeable, plans to have it in the future or if I’m just a racing dunce and haven’t noticed it....or have missed some crucial settings?
