Hello, I am writing this post for a friend of mine. He is experiencing intense stuttering. FPS are randomly dropping to 40 FPS in all game modes and screen is freezing occasionally, with AI and without AI. We have already tried following: - install all Windows updates - update Nvidia drivers - delete all settings from documents and config again - try borderless and window mode (and fullscreen) - try V-Sync on and off - try LOW settings for everything - tried 0x time multiplier (read online it can cause stutter) - turned off all overclocking - closed all background apps - Whole PC is now stock (previously it had XMP profile). - turned off Shared memory and udp Usage: CPU core1 = 100% CPU core2 = 100% CPU core3 = 2% CPU core4 = 0% CPU core5 = 0% CPU core6 = 0% CPU combined = 33% (We have the same CPU and my CPU is using all 6 cores at 50-100%) RAM = 9 GB GPU = 30 % Temps below 70*C It clearly seems like an issue with the game. He is running ACC with mixed High/Medium settings at 75Hz, full HD - no issues at all. Specs: i5 9600 KF @ Stock 16 GB RAM @ Stock GTX 1080 @ Stock SSD Any advice would be appreciated. Issue only happening in AMS2. We came up with a workaround to run the game in Steam VR mode - but he does not have any VR, only a monitor, but it still helps 50% of the time.
