Wet Tyres with default setups

Hi all ive searched but i havent found an answer, we have a league race this week at Hockenheim Short A in the formula Trainers. We always use default setups at NoobGamerz but this weeks race is to start in the rain and to get dry half way through, However the game starts in the semi slick tyre and not the wet and has no grip.
Any fix so we can make it start with the correct tyres
