Something strange is going on with the ghost in time-trial. I set a timed lap, the ghost copies this lap and I am racing against this ghost with the fastest lap-time set. Then i restart session, keep the ghost and change my setup. I go out again and see the ghost and I am going much faster then the ghost does, I can see it because the ghost is behind me in the mirror and my delta time saying I am going faster then my fastest lap. now something strange is happening. I cross the finish-line much earlier then the ghost thinking to have beaten my Time-trial record, but I am slower then I was in the first stint? So probably the ghost isn't coping the fasted lap from the first stint anymore, it looks like it took some random slower timed lap.? This is happening all the time, it looks like a bug.
Similar problem with delta. It is session best not personal best so your ghost is possibly from your outlap? I can keep my previous session delta for 1 lap if I intentionally invalidate my outlap but it isn't a great solution.
maybe if you lapped your own ghost then that temporary new ghost is used. Maybe , if you restart to go to tuning setup, this temporary ghost will be replaced/reinitialised by the ghost you loaded at session start. Could be a feature, but if thats the default behaviour, i hope the best lap ghost will be hold on a 2nd memory to be stored if you leave the session. If not, then your actual ( old ) ghost together with your new best lap will be stored and thats definitelly a bug.
The way it works now, if i adjust my setup and want to test it against my fastest ghost-lap, i have to leave time-trial and load the session again with my Personal-best-ghost loaded. I would like the session-best ghost to stay the session-best and not semi-reset itself after changing setup. In picture 1 I am in front of the ghost just before the starting-line In picture 2 I just crossed the starting-line having a best lap delta -0.229, my Previous lap was 0:46.651 but my Session Best is 0:45.809 so I expect the best lap delta to be +0.842 and the ghost should be in front of me in picture 1
I wish for a fastest Ghost-car-lap , that doesn't change if I change my setup. I think this unpredictable ghost-car is (EDIT) introduced in 1.0.0.2, probably with the reset, or another update, because i liked it so much this was improved over AMS1,In AMS1 the fastest Session-time became fastest-stint time during development, and I have the feeling the same has happened with AMS2 now
