Last sunday we had half grid down (or disconnected) from server exactly in the same time under the race, so we are investigating the possibilities.

Which is the maximum players indicated to multiplayer sessions? Or there are no any limmitation to amount of players?

Could it be a punctual failure of the internet connection?
It is best to put in the dedicated server, connection type : Custom 8042kps, and the maximum number of players is limited according to Series.

The maximum supported by us is 34. Above this number you are likely to find users have memory issues and other problems. Most tracks also do not support more than 34 vehicles.

I am having lag problems with more than 16 players running our server in AWS.

Operating System is Windows Server 2019. Instance type is z1d.large, which is the fastest single core CPU available at AWS.

I will try with Windows Server 2012 and post results.

I tested Windows Server 2012 and the performance difference is just too great.

Windows Server 2019 is about ten times slower. I think it should never be used for game servers in general.

Thankfully AWS still provides AMI for Windows Server 2012.
