Happy Birthday Reiza Team!!! The only times I felt so excited and happy about a sim was with Grand Prix Legends and Assetto Corsa, now, after 1 year of development and 800 hours and counting of driving I can say my emotions and expectations have been definitely exceeded in a good way. After almost every update, I often had the stupid grin face, and to be able to learn and understand Senna's roots so close has been for me a lifetime dream fullfilled.

A really big hug and keep up with the good work! Much rezpecto

Excellent update. Lotus 79!! I'm sold. Thank you.

I did think the TT lap times were going to be reset this update. Has that been delayed due to other imminent changes?

I'm guessing it's just delayed due to delays, as Reiza wanted to make sure this release made it out on the 1-year anniversary. Other imminent changes (at least the ones the beta testers have been made ware of) do not affect Time Trial.

    Happy birthday Reiza!

Really committed effort with continued improvements, thank you!

I wish you a great 2nd year and hope it brings you many multi-player improvements based around a simple and well-functioning competitive system.
That could help fast-teack this 1 year old baby to a successful adulthood!

Thank you again for making Sim racing a more joyful place to be!

The gearboxes of several cars should be adjusted now to cope with the top speeds. I'm reaching the limit of the respective final gears with the DTM Mercedes (Jacarepagua 2005), with the F1 V10 Gen2 (Silverstone) and the Formula Ultimate (Estoril), which I feel isn't perfect for a default setup, as there are tracks with longer straights.

Thanks for the continuous great work.
Small but gold the ability to remove "only" the driver :)

The only way I can get them to line up is if I sit really high! Like really high. Quite odd.

    !Well Done REIZA!
Jacarepagua "modern" is back, perfect, thanks:)
Ground effect car, hyper perfect, thank you very much :D
But what's the other generic car, non ground effect? (sorry, I am not in cockpit at the moment)

And now, Buenos Aires, one of the important tracks at the end of 70s and begin 80s.

But first: Happy Birthday and Happy Easter;)

Did Reiza introduce the ability to change seat angle in this build? I thought they did (In the beta, I was able to map keys for angle up / down), I thought this was new, but I may have missed it before.

It’s not mentioned in the release notes, but in the latest beta I was able to change seat angle and I thought this was a new feature. It’s really useful to get your real seat and wheel to line up with your perspective in game. Take a look at ‘edit assignments’ in controller options.

Edit: this might not be of use! Can’t test it right now

    Great update! Thanx!
Is it normal though that the HUD is always new/reset after almost every update? Now I get virtual mirror in cockpit (VR) although I never turned this on before and adjusting HUD in VR is always a pain...
Hope for further content and DLCs. Bought the season pass to support Reiza with the last Spa-release (although I bought all tracks before extra) and can’t wait for future DLC-packs to make at least a bit of use of the season pass... :D

Yeah that has been there since day one, i always use it but that doesn't help in this car for the mirrors. It is the only seat movement that doesn't save.

This time at least, it's normal, because of the changes to the HUD. Normally the HUD shouldn't reset, when you don't delete/rename your profile folder. No idea, if it may vary with VR, though.

    Hi Reiza,
new cars are awesome, but some thing are strange:
1st: at Lotus 79 the mirrors, I don't know what they want to show me, the sky??
2nd: Although HUD is turned OFF there are still laptimes and messages, please remove them when without HUD

You can edit the HUD, you need to edit the messages as well as the main elements.
Both those new formula cars mirrors are pointing to the sky for me, but i've seen others are angled fine. I posted an image on post #37 of this thread.
