    You go into your YT Studio, then there's "content" on the lefthand side on the list, go to your video, edit it with the pencil button next to it (hover over the video entry, if you don't see the pencil icon), scroll down in the "Video Details" tab you have now entered and click on the blue "show more", then scroll down further until you see the "category" overhead and there you can change the game! :)
