From my 30+years of driving experience (on real cars) all the sims got it wrong. Is only for the spectacular human mind adaptation and compensation if we can enjoy and feel right. Just stick on the sims you like more

One question, When the people are talking about floaty sensation, the people know that many modern car have a electric or idraulic power steering system? Whe are not controlling all the imput force etc etc
My current car is floaty over 140km/h and i cant adjust the ffb

 

I got a bunch of spins with the DPi yesterday at Silverstone too.. Had to push the TC up to 9 cause in the slow corners it's very eager to loop. But like I said before... It seems I am among the unlucky ones who got an AMS2 copy where cars apparently spin

Ref Mcl. Main evidence is visible is replays when D/nuts are difficult as opposed to posted vid easy.
Turbo lag is not in the equation so much when high revs and clutch drop, lack of wh/spin st/start. Grip yes to a degree. Porsche pits vid Mcl should be similar.

Same for the Vette. On standing starts the Vette is left for dead on the grid by all GTEs. Same thing as the McLaren: even if you floor the gas and dump the clutch it will bog down and everyone will run over you.

 

Last weeks this weeks and before that test Mcl. I mention in beta (about the same time) as Porsche vid.
As slipping Mcl clutch keeping boost up has same result hence my Q's in beta L control

 

No one has made slip claims about the DPI. The M4 for example is wild compared to almost any other car in the game. The problem are things like the GT3s and Porsche Cup car.
Why don’t you try them and report back on how your copy of the game works

Don’t know if it has to do with the latest updates, but I have no problem anymore to do donuts with GT3s.
Only the McLaren still has a problem. I hope this bug will be eliminated soon too.

Do it from a standing position and compare the behaviour with all other GT3s…

 

I captured ACC vs AMS2 with TC turned to 0 on the Porsche GT3 I. I purposely mashed the throttle during turns to induce oversteer. ACC is essentially undriveable with that method whereas AMS2 just creates a ton of understeer. I am highly suspicious of the AMS2 version given what we know and what other sims produce.
