Please bring Road America to the game.
Buenos Aires (like in Ams 1) would also be a nice venue.

Road America, Portland and Sebring (since we got Watkins Glen) would be hardest to license no?

Edit: nvm it can’t be portland and obvs not sebring

Between the changes and content, very exciting times for AMS2.

Obviously biased to the CART machines hugely, but adding the Nissan GT1 and the Group C car will really help make those classes more appealing, especially Group C.

"it means for example that tire slip and engine RPM aren’t the only buffers for sudden forces, which can also dampen some sharp jolts in bumpy braking zones."

I need to fire up the beta, it's been about 6 months since I've done any sim racing, but does this mean the 90s DTM cars drive less jouncy? Felt like the had suspension that was just the stiffest springs they could find, worked okayish on smooth circuits but bit of a uncomposed mess on a bouncy track... like Nords.

Road America is frequently licensed for racing sims. So it's probably the most likely, though COTA and Indianapolis Road Course would also be common candidates. I figured Watkins was coming eventually, given it and Daytona are both owned by the same company.

NASCAR owns Sebring, so maybe if they worked out full licensed NASCAR content for pt. 3 it could work.

Portland, Toronto, St. Pete, and Mid Ohio are all owned by the same promoter. I'd figure them to be less likely, but I would be happy with any of them.

    --------------------When, not if---------------------------------------------------
-Historic Laguna Seca as the one we have labeled "2020"?
    ----------------------likely----------------------------------------------------------
-Mid Ohio would be another fantastic inclusion.
-Portland Similar to the fast and flowing theme of The Glen, just flat.
    ----------------------Possible------------------------------------------------------
-Streets of Vancouver would be a pipedream
-Road America I'm not so hot on, honestly not my favorite track although extremely important in America Motorsports History
    -Bell isle? Iracing did it?
-Surfers Paradise Street Circuit Would be another fantastic surprise, although I doubt in the Racing USA pack. Maybe the Adrenaline pack as they race Super Trucks there?
    ---------------------Doubt------------------------------------------------------------
-Sebring Q&A Said it was unlikely due to cost
-Indy Road course didn't exist in period, also may appear in Part 3
-X or Y Street circuit. If it doesn't exist today I doubt it but would happily be proved wrong
    -Road Atlanta.
-Cannon Ball Run. Reiza Please... Call Ed Boolean and get this done!

'here are at least two more major manufacturer deals we are looking to wrap before the end of the year, all of which leading to various existing classes in the game being expanded with new competitors over the course of 2022 - watch this space!'

Hope to see some love for lower class racing. Same ballpark as Caterham, F-trainer etc :D
    ps. Lovely dev blog.

    Why couldn't it be Portland?

Reiza said it was a road course. I'm assuming it is directly tied to the CART cars so if you look at the road course from 95, 98, and 00 there are 3 used in all 3 seasons that are not in game. Those are PIR, Mid Ohio, and Road America. If I was a betting man my money is on Road America just because it is the most commonly licensed of the 3, but I wouldn't be complaining if it was PIR or Mid Ohio instead.

I think Aston Martin is one of the two based on the photos from the first update. That means potential additions to GTE, GT3, and GT4. If I had to take a guess on the other manufacturer just based on the recent partnership with VW I'm thinking Audi is the second. That could add cars to GT3, GT4, 90's DTM, possibly a GTO class with the Nissan partnership to pair with Group C, and maybe even the Audi TCR (if they plan to add a TCR class). If it isn't Audi than I have no idea who the second mystery manufacturer could be.

I really like the way the driveline moves and oscillates, also the pit limiter actually sounds really right now also.

Great work on the physics, guys!
Let’s see if the tires fix will solve the remaining issues in some high grip cars and then all the other sims will become followers.

This is a huge update! Thank you so much for the hard work.
I believe this will fix what I feel with some vintage F1 cars, mid corner they behave odd. No grip during mid corner then suddenly lots of grip and vice versa.

Im also hoping for some modern indycar, that would be really cool! Oh and Road Atlanta anyone?
