    You do realise that the person who argued with GM that he was partially right but was oversimplifying the issue is one of the people who actually helped fix the diffs in the end, right?

    Haven't seen it mentioned but has the dlrivetrian elasticity been implemented in the 1.3 update?
    Secondly, there was a brief discussion about dlss a number of days ago, is that realistically on the cards or just an error on the website it was on?

    I personally hope rather (or as well as) than DLSS that they add FSR to make the upscaling usable on GPUs that aren't just RTX, using solely the RTX restricted option in this GPU market honestly wouldn't be the brightest move in my opinion

    Yesterday we opened a lobby and boom 30 players in less than 5 minutes! It was great fun!
    Now that I tested it more I think what is still a bit missing in the FFB is the progressive load of wheel during turn in. Somehow now I'd like rwd cars to be more prone to spin on exit at low speed in tight corners. For the rest top notch.

    Are you using an nvidia card? If you are Google Nvidia NIS it's basically their response to FSR and you can enable it today. Just shout if you have any questions. But I agree hopefully FSR and DLSS will make it into the game eventually.

    i jumped into the racin usa part 1 dlc at a discount yesterday and holy sh...i had probably one of the best sim racing experiences i've ever had with the Porsche RSR at Long Beach...those bumps, the engine sound and the track layout, i was in paradise, i literally applauded at the tv after the race, great job Reiza, now you managed to make me split my time between your game and acc...

    Ahh ok, this is exactly why FSR should happen before DLSS. I'm not sure that will be the case though given we're greeted with an nvidia logo at startup.

    Honestly I'm just thinking more that FSR is open-source and supports both AMD and NVIDIA GPUs, I get solid enough performance to not really think about needing FSR but I do understand that if you're gonna put in something that people need you might as well get as many needers in the same net

    @papi Bernard @Commandant Lassard Hi P/C dont know what happened to disconnect. first time in this update, carried on driving till finish.

    Observations
    S rating still counted and points.
    So if disconnected keep driving till finish. (race count wont log. )

    Haven't tried using NIS, do you guys recommend it? I have a GTX 1660

    Tried NIS last week (on a 3440x1440 monitor with an RTX2060) with the 85% resolution scale, and that worked well, increases framerate at the same settings at the cost of a small sharpness degradation. (still looks sharper than ACC tho ;))

    I thought I could use the framerate headroom to increase MSAA and shadow settings for less shadow shimmering, but that didn't really help to reduce shadow-shimmer, so I ended up just reverting to my old settings. (Native resolution, low MSAA, with MFAA and FXAA enabled in Nvidia control panel)

    I have a gtx 1660, i have just tested it with everything full, just with particles and reflections in the medium. I tested in monza with rain at night and 32 cars the fps were between 75 and 60, only being below that in the chicane of the start

    I had similar problems. After I unchecked "enable audio enhancements" in windows, the problem stopped, together with some graphical issues and freezes I had.
