Maybe make the FU about 10 seconds slower full stop, some drivability would be appreciated :p /s

run a full race in formula ultima championship 100% to be able to complete the race you will have to lower the boost pressure otherwise you do not have enough fuel

OK, will try that - I'm not sure fuel is the real reason they're going that much slower in the race. However, the tire overheating thing still stands, these beasts are horrible to their tires.

    No, I haven't tried IRL.
But Reiza version of these cars seems perfectly plausible to me, even if I have ride only the heavy weight version (before diet). And they drive very well IMO even considering the low efficient brakes and low power.

They work on tires 24/7 Renato, probably counting tires instead of sheep before going to sleep

The real cars has quite efficient brakes. After the diet, those cars behave as they should. 400 kilos make a big difference.

Renato, the Brazilian F4 will be back in 2022, FIA homologated and using the newest Tatuus chassis (F4 T-021, that will debut worldwide in 2022).

Is there any chance AMS2 can have this car in the future? I believe there is a gap between the Trainer and the F309 where this F4 car would be perfect. Formula cars are my favorites and specially the slower ones, that allow better close racing.

Agree. As it is now, you can make a full 100% race with only one set of softs, making the hard compound irrelevant and the strategy pointless. Even worse, I can post my best lap time on the closing laps, whith less fuel load, and tyres with two green pixels tall on the hud (they have to be unuseable at this stage). Even AI can finish the race without any single pit stop if you set the race lenght to be just right for the fuel quantity they use.

The problem with that is the AI calibration for the F-Ultimate class. Player needs to lower boost pressure, and/or run on normal/lean engine map to save fuel AND to let the engine lasts the 100% race lenght, so you are a lot slower than Qualy as expected, but the AI just race at full speed all the race, at Qualy pace, and retiring because they ran out of fuel if you didn't account for that.

F-Ultimate needs some love, IMO, regarding tyres, engine and brake wear, and most importantly, a good AI calibration regarding pace in a 100% race lenght with full tank. As it is now, it's only useable in short, sprint kind of races.

From the bit of league races I did in the Ultimate before 1.3 the softs wore massively within 5-10 laps. They were usable, but the hards we're a consistently better tyre over a stint, even with the 0.5-1.5 second deficit to the soft tyre. Some of the other formula classes only have one slick and a wet/intermediate. For those of us running longer races, it'd be nice to have some extra strategy options. With that said, it's a bit of niche to focus on.

Renato already confirmed that the third track is also featured in PCARS 2, which means Sebring is out of the question unfortunately.

Im pretty sure I've heard some folks say they've noticed a big difference between the Default & Default + FFB presets.... Im not noticing much difference at all. Ive deleted the Custom FFB file I had aswell, just to make sure it was'nt that, and of course tuning setups. Maybe its just down to my gear, what are the differences others are noticing?

    I have CSL Elite.

I haven't noticed much difference other than heavier forces going around corners. I went from Gain 60 on Default to Gain 50 on Default+ to dial back to where it felt right.
Here are my settings from Default to Default+
Default: 60/20/20/50, wheel settings all default with DRI "OFF"
Default+: 50/5/30/25, wheel settings all default with DRI -02

I am still messing with my settings but DRI on "OFF" gives me too much "pendulum effect" on certain cars. I find DRI -02 smooths that effect out.
