    @Karsten Hvidberg

I don't really know, what this is supposed to do (low IQ in FFB) but recommendation from Dom:

    (dt ( / 1 300)) at file begining

    or alternative
    (dt 0.0033333333333333)

Thank you for posting this @CrimsonEminence, just had it confirmed by Dom to make sure and you are 100% correct.
After the last patch this is required for all the files.

    Best,

in regards to the oscillation, i’ve always felt it was something to do with the df compression and also a combination of other factors.
    perhaps the wanted steering angle.
as reducing the strength down from 2.5 does slightly reduce the strength of oscillation.

Yes, oscillations are extreme with these files. Even with high Damping and Friction applied at the servo. Seems to be much worse with HDF cars.

Just put it near the start. Here's where I put it:

    (madness_bug30 1.0)

    (dt ( / 1 300))

    Hi Karsten

    hope you are well.

I haven’t had a chance to try today’s update yet, but this (dt line that needs to be added, would this be something that could or should replace existing distance_time_multi in the file going forward ?

    So with this new line:

    (dt ( / 1 300))

Do we still need to set the -ffb 600 launch parameter?

    Thanks!

    Yes, with (dt(/1 300))
No, parameters -ffb 600 are no longers necessary

Hello guys! Has anyone got a good custom FFB file for the VRS Direct Force Pro?

For some reason if I load the standard custom ffb file we all can download on the first page, the ffb is just unbelievably high and undrivable :/

    Guys,

Maybe it's time to add a single .zip file containing all the latest versions that people prefer for their exact wheel base and the the dt fix?
I am very happy to post in post #2 if we can assemble a small collection.

    Best,

    -K

    Hey Karsten
With (dt ( /1 300)) I had no more ffb. I had to type (dt (0.00333333333333333)) maybe this is important to you?
    Beautiful evening
    Daniel

Both worked for me with 5.0.1
though i need to do more comparison as initially i thought the alternate dt 0.33333333
    was a little smoother
