And there-in lies the key... i.e. not driving like the F-Ultimate.

Could you say if this and maybe the formula ultimate will get a option for hiding or making the halo transparant? if its not possible to use it as a menu/camera option, is it maybe an option to dupliate the models that are in and make the halo transparant on those?

i liked the option that ams1 had on the formula ultimate to turn if off.

Yes!!! I hope they porpoise like in real life. I'd buy a VR headset again just for this

Now I'd really, really love a modern F2 car (and possibly a modern F3 car, as the ones we have are getting stale imho). I just love how these modern F2 sound!

Do the Formula Retro G2 or Group C cars porpoise in-sim, now that I think about it? The '22 cars aren't the first ground effect cars after all, porpoising has plagued them since day 1 in reality

hello, I'm new and I congratulate Reiza for their game. I'm a casual gamer, I like Project cars 2 on which I play with a controller (except ovals for which I hope Reiza will improve playability). The addition of F1 2022 is a good thing. I hope this will be accompanied in the future by modern tracks like Melbourne, Singapore or Yas Marina. My portfolio is ready... and congratulations again to the Reiza teams.

I hope we still get to keep the Spa from 2020 or whatever year it is from with the old notorious Radillon walls and chalet.

I drive it offline and online with friends. Its part of our regular car rotation. So at least 4 people are driving it every Friday and Saturday night

Idk if they porpoise, but I have noticed the Retro Gen 2 and Formula USA's are super sensitive to ride height changes, curbs, and bumps. The difference in high speed aero grip and low speed mechanical grip is insane. GoFastClub did a CART race at classic Kylami and we noticed the cars bouncing heavily down the straights.

If you want to know how a (not so) modern "ground effect" car handles, look no further. CART/IndyCar had realized the benefits of underbody aero on "race-ability" a long time ago.

I'm actually thinking it'll be a generic car, maybe F-Ultimate Gen2, then they can model it after whatever. A licence deal for a current year F1 car seems unlikely IMO.
