We'll probably still need time for some better individual tuning over time, but especially in cornering and in the wet, the new ABS logic & ranges should work better already. :)

Is this for the fully revised cars only or also for other cars that had physics changes in this update?

    Killer update, thanks Reiza.

All, please do not disregard these tracks because they are not well known. They are amazing and really fun to race at and make for some really interesting combos!
If you find a fun combo plz share it! :)

I don't not plan on that especially with reiza's quality they could make the worst track seem incredible.

Each car with physics changes is expected to also to (at least) receive AI pace changes if their pace changes, yes. The Release Candidate has still some loose screws to fix, so not unlikely that also some AI calibration is still happening.

Those are great additions to the game. Tango update ftw.
But how about the promised improved controller support, any word on that? Imo including the option to completely disable all controller filters & dampers like in AMS1 would make the game a lot better for those of us that can't use wheel and play using controller.
Long time F1 fans should know Buenos Aires, and MotoGP fans should know Termas Rio Hondo, so imo the "unknown tracks" excuse doesn't really apply here. All 3 tracks are fun to drive imo.

Hoping this was fixed on race sessions as well, as I can confirm it happened to me multiple times when I swapped to the AI co-driver before coming into the pits. Hopefully I’ll be able to test this tonight.

    Amazing update, though! :)

I just drove the Porsche cup car now and I'm incredibly surprised I always test it at donington and now before it starts to understeer it behaves in a incredible way, only described as skipping. I love it warns just before you break grip. And It brakes on the mark incredible job Renato and the team.

There seems to be an issue with custom driver names, I am using the same file I used without any issues before this update.
21 drivers in GT1, so 7 per car, and I am getting duplicate drivers and some don't get in. The drivers and car are completely random, reloading the same race gives a different result but always duplicate drivers and 1 to 3 different names from different cars missing.

EDIT: Just did a reroll to the previous version to check, works perfectly fine, so it is definitely something in the 1.3.8.0 update that is causing the issue.

    • Added custom AI driver names to F-Vintage (both gens), F-Retro (all gens), F-Classic (all gens), M1 Procar, Group C, Group A, GT1, GTE, P1, P2, P3, P4 & DPi classes

Interesting allocation of Reiza’s Human Resources … it seems like the modding community already has provided custom AI files for every car in AMS2. R.I.P., Jakob Redl….
