Dont lose sleep over it, to me its more about pc's, computors ,software, hard reset ect with lots of chip/software things in todays world, and in this case was worthwhile several times imo.

 

If you’re running 100% boost and starting in 1st gear you better short shift when the first or 2nd light comes on, if not you’ll stuff it in the wall. I have tried it since the update last night, will try it in a few hrs. The Ai for me there would slow up on mid corner to exit of t2, that makes a mess. The reason being is they’re all stacked up “pack” racing. The Ai needs to have each Ai adjustable. You can have a range of 70-100 that way they’re not all the same. It’s done this way in other sims ai’s.

Did anyone have any performance problem with the F Ultimate Gen 2 cars on the new update? They were giving me 60fps instead of my usual 90fps in VR, tested on different tracks. The other cars I tested including GT3, formula trainer, formula V10, p4 were fine.

Not just that, the LCD Screen is also very different. I didn't even know about all the differences between AMS and the real thing until I did some research for my SIM Dashboard designs.

To be honest though, I kind of prefer the AMS2 take on the in-car display, as it has three pages and provides more information that way. Not to mention how cool and stylish the design looks.

 

You still install 80gb though.

 

Doesn't just wiping the Documents folder and integrity checking through Steam give the same fresh slate as a new install? I'm swayed towards giving it a go but I don't want to wait all day since even 40GB is a big ask for my internet

 

It doesn't give the same fresh slate but if you don't have any problems then there's no point in doing it. It should be enough though for most things.

It's starting to bothering me.
I have the right "Ams2" installation or not?
I noticing varius problem in ffb (very low intensity), and in a progressive less "capability to to a decent lap" thing.
This is a problem with my installation, my configuration or my g29 or my age?
I'm not have the time (6mb here) and head for the total reinstallation thing.
We can have few word from dev to adress the "fake o reality" situation?

We can have a short test track where in a controlled enviroment with certain parameter test the ffb response or brake or whatever?

Uncertainty is undermining my desire to use this thing.

Yap, Ai needs a little touch (Reiza is aware). Although a great improvement from initial versions, the fast lateral movements, overtake hesitation and the pack mentality )) are immersion breakers for me. I believe Reiza is going to focus on Ai and the online side of things, less so on physics (is not really a problem right now).
