LMP900 is one of my favorite classes too, but my favorite got to be the BMW LMR, that screaming V12. I loved to race multiclass with GT1 and LMP900 in PC2, but sadly 90% of them drive like a turd in that game.

 

Far fewer panic cries for an update as we end the month. Perhaps many are like me this month. The content has reached a level where just about everything you drive reacts reliably and credibly. I find myself wanting to drive just about everything anywhere I can think of. I'm sure Renato has much more magic up his sleeves, but I've got more than enough to keep me busy for a while!

 

So perfect for AMS2!

 

Is there any news on the horizon? I meen a dev. update of sort? The weather is not verry nice at the moment, so i could do with a good read

 

No news which I know of, but hopefully we get some

 

We already have the dpi vr so Cadillac is possible

 

What i am hoping for is a 50s and 60s version of the tracks we already have and sports cars from that same era. We already have 60s F1 cars, so that would make a lot of sense. (Old bathurst would be really cool ngl)

 

My dream is to have the mazda Miata Cup cars, their DPi and the 787B just for the sound

 

How come so many here ask for new cars but populated online lobbies are mostly GT3?

I wonder if most people who come to the forum are offline drivers, because it really makes no sense if we compare the server list and the list of wishes here.

 

Jep! In my case offline only and avoiding mainstream content.

 

Speaking for myself I am an offline driver yes.

 

I regularly host and most of the time it is anything but GT cars, even then I usually put the GT1s or 4s. That doesn't help you if we aren't playing in the same time zone though.

Grab a friend and host a server, once you have 2 or more, people tend to join. =)

 

Could be due to ACC. When this game grows and if they get their own system like raceroom they could make all series popular

A lot of people see GT3 as the superior online racing series. All because of ACC and it has TC and ABS

 

I play offline against AI. Atm the car I've been driving the most is the Porsche Cup, it's a bit tricky at first but once you get the hang of it it's an interesting car to drive. It's one of the cars I listed in the video below:

 

Feel like this is backwards. GT3 was already a hugely popular series, which is probably why Kunos felt it was worth making a game with the series as a focus.

AMS2 does a decent job with it but it does a lot of other things (F1, classic Indy, a lot of other classic and weird series) a lot better. I'm an offline-only player like others here so I'm not too worried about MP lobby numbers. But if it keeps the game growing and helps Reiza accomplish their goals, hopefully they can expand the number of GT3/E cars a little bit further, even if they'll never be able to compete with ACC on that front (which isn't likely to happen anyway, at least as far as GT is concerned). A little bit of "Come for X, Stay for Y" I guess.
