The current indycars are coming to AMS2, but why we don’t have them YET is because Reiza might get a license for the official liveries.

We have not heard anything about this...

True, but we are waiting for the season pass content drops.

 

We still have no news about the DLCs or if the season pass will be extended for another year... the fact that it ends up being extended doesn't matter too much, I guess. What's the point of having a 3-year season pass in which we've received just two packs (the tracks, but not all and racing usa, incomplete)?
I love this sim, in fact, it's the only one I use and I have all of them (except iracing), but I think that a little message on the forum saying that on day "X" we'll give you some information would be fair. I'm writing this on my cell phone, lying on the sofa...it doesn't cost anything. I hope no one will be upset by my comment, but I really worry about what will happen with this and we just get silence

 

This next Sunday (10/30) will be the last turn of Brazilian elections... don't think it will be an update until the other weekend.

 

The whole f-ing world crumbling like a pastry around us, and although the AMS2 updates likely won't help, you never know.... could be the key to world peace

Lots of work is being done to fine tune all the latest features introduced in the most recent update and lots of work is being done on DLCs and content already announced, but not yet released. There will be an update soon, but based on what happens whenever a specific TARGET date has been provided (hint: no one interprets it as a target, but instead it gets treated like a contractual deadline), the smart move for Reiza is to spend all time and energy working on the game itself and not on devising or announcing/communicating target dates and specifics.

As is often used with other developers and titles, it will be released when it's ready (or sometimes even before it's fully polished, as we also like to complain about).

But it will be soon and you will more likely than not be happy

To pass the time between updates I've been getting a big thing for rally sims, RBR with the Hungarian plugin is absolutely sublime right now
Speaking of rally sims, seems Reiza wants to make one since the AI spend half the time with 2 or more wheels on the grass through a corner, I really hope these AI fixes come soon

I never complain about what reiza releases, it what they tease and then have dissappear for a year that gets me...
