So is there a Dev update today as mentioned yesterday on insta? Given that in Brazil it's 7 or 8pm on a Friday, guessing it may not happen now?

 

yes, seems like another self imposed deadline thats not being met.....

 

Hi guys! I don't interact much here, but I'm always lurking around. Have faith and the Christmas miracle will happen.

 

Here in Brazil, it's 8 pm, the update will drop at any moment now.
Be patient guys there is a whole procedure to upload the updated files to Steam and test them before going public.

 

A dev update is only a forum post, no steam needed for that...

Well they suggested preparing something special for Christmas, and that we could read about it. So I wouldn't be surprised if they dropped some content too.
Let's see.

 

If I'm not mistaken the last or previous dev update came out at 10 pm here, so have faith people, go play AMS 2 or the Witcher 3 update in the meantime or something.

 

Witcher 3 with RT is awesome, as was Portal, but they still can't distract me from my mass spamming of F5.

I have many hobbies and interests, as I'm sure most do here, that doesn't mean people can't be excited and get involved in the hype if they choose to, there is nothing wrong with that.

 

It really is glorious, I already finished this game two times before the upgrade, and here I am again haha.

Sure, there is nothing wrong, I'm on the hype to for the update, but it's also good spend the day playing or doing other things and then coming here and boom, the dev update is out, didnt happen yet though haha.

 

Dang, my RX 6600 XT is crying to run witcher 3 with Ray Tracing. Also, I'm disappointed that I couldn't transfer my OG Xbox One save to my PC.

 

Yeah, I'm on my 3rd playthrough now too, I'm Quen obsessed so trying to force myself to go another route this time.

Spending the whole day would be extreme for sure, but I can't pretend not to be excited, especially with my first vr headset incoming.

Then again, it's Christmas and there is good food, company and family to enjoy, so here's hoping everyone has a great one. As you say, it'll be a nice bonus when it drops.

 

Yeah, losing saves sucks, but hey, at least you get an excuse to enjoy it again .

 

What I read they created own infrastructure for it so you shouldn't if you don't want to.

 

I'm thinking of an alchemy build this time.

Can't speak to that I'm afraid, I've not had a console since the original Xbox, though I can imagine it must be incredibly frustrating to sync saves.

 

If you want a save just to play NG+ on your PC you can always download a complete save on nexus.
