It should be the coming days according the the expected time lines. But some content has obviously been communicated for 2023 too. Looking forward to the new stuff.

As an endurance fan I'm really curious what plans are to come for that area this next year.

I'm also curious with the recent work done of porting PC2 tracks to AMS2, if something similar could be done with the cars of PC2 as well. Obviously a rework of their physics would be necessary, but if that could happen as well we could potentially see the best content from PC2 combining with the ever continuing maturity of AMS2. That's a ton of potential content for multiple decades of racing.

Aren't all the car mods that exist already PC2 ports? Except the VRC Auriel 90 of course.

    Thank you so much!
The Corvette, Nissan & new (old) tracks are the ultimate Christmas gift.
I’ve stopped buying your DLCs on sale & prefer to pay full price to support team Reiza & their ongoing support to this amazing game.

The FFB detail in AMS2 has ruined most other driving games for me now. Haven’t touched GT7 in months. With the addition of Dirt tracks, you might be able to pull me away from WRC 10!

All I can hope for in the future are some point to point tracks or roads with traffic to jam on.

Love your work team. Merry Christmas!

Does this mean the current beta sounds are still not the final release sounds for the 98T?

Wow, just the classic F1 cars are enough for me to die happy. But all the rest! This is mega guys, looking forward to all of it. It's also big that you are gonna send off the Season Pass with a bang, so it offers tremendous value.

Playing a bit of a smartass card: given that you are releasing cars from brazilian world champions, could we expect further down the road a Jaguar XJR-8 from 1987, when Raul Boesel won the drivers title at the World Sports Prototypes Championship? :)

Following that logic, perhaps the 1989 Champion of the PPG Indy Car World Series, Emerson Fittipaldi's car, or at least F-USA Classic

I don't think the Aston Martin Valkyrie is in PC2, though it isn't up to date with the current bootfiles.

CART/Indycar champions were/are not officially considered world champions, but WSC/WSPC/WEC drivers champions did and do.

You can get a taste of driving historic race cars via mods and Grand Prix Legends, but AMS2 is the only sim dedicated to bringing so much love to these cars and tracks of the past. I am blown away about every part of this update and got my money ready for the DLCs. Really looking forward to career mode getting full treatment, but all this and more will keep my happy until then.

    Can't wait for the Nissans!

Told it years before, but the 20's will be Reiza's years. Then 30's and 40's we will see how it develops. I am afraid a bigger company will eat them up.

I know they aren't, but why not stretch the term slightly, because how many other actual options even are there than Boesel's Jaguar?

First, You've nailed the end of this cycle.
I want to play the update so badly!

    ---

No pressure on this, about the oval racing topic, this is still a thing?

"The system will receive further developments in the near future, with additions of a visible pace car, flag waving marshals, and integration with the track’s lighting system; it will also offer components and regulation variables from the road racing side of things, such as virtual safety cars."

I know that some components are only visual and not essential, but it adds so much to the immersion.

Everything seemed to be aligning pretty well...

Amazing dev blog, possibly the best one yet. Very excited to play with the new toys when they drop.

The main two features I would like to see in game that aren't yet are the limited tyre sets that they are working on and custom points system.
Would also like to see some different era ford v Holden for Bathurst and the next gen Camaro v mustang, they already have the Chevrolet licence, just need the ford one.
