Close to 800 hours in-sim, so sign me up! Anyway, you need more controller guys in the mix! ;)

Do you think Reiza can bring older Nordschleife as well? 1971 is great but it looks more like a track already. 67 looks like normal road and it's so cool, layout is probably very similar.

If they have the right ingredients, yes. Only problem is if they don’t have a good quality mesh the track will feel dull

The track is probably completely the same, just some decoration around. 71 will be epic but this one could be amazing next step. I am not sure if Nordschleife is cool enough for them.

edit: Hmmm, maybe you are right, the tarmac could be new.

Will being a backer also grant you access to all past DLCs if that campaign comes? (For those who don't have the Season Pass or anything currently)

If you look into a past thread, Renato talked more about why old cars are quite a bit faster in sims and one of the things he talks about I think was due to the better tarmac

If AMS2 becomes easier to mod and teams like RSS get involved this game is going to be unbelievable. Just wish we could mod the pit crew and driver liveries to match the car skins. The VR experience is the best bar none IMO

While I grew-up on PC (thanks parents!) in the 80's and 90's (Grand Prix 2 in 1996 is the game that had me truly hooked to sim racing and soon after got my first wheel)... in early 2000's I went to Xbox due to being a "poor" graduate. Didn't grab a wheel on original Xbox (just happy enough with analog triggers)... but as soon as possible after moving to Xbox 360 I got a wheel. But just like you, it was the end of a console generation that triggered my jump (back) to PC... as my Xbox 360 wheel became useless for Xbox One (and PC). Had the money, made the return to PC (and a Fanatec wheel) and never looked back at consoles again since.

excellent news. I would like to participate, I greatly appreciate your work. Sometimes I'm not in tune with the proposed content but I know how to recognize a team of enthusiasts. And Reiza definitely is.

The VR implementation and weather system are the biggest strengths of the Madness engine. For all of the whining about legacy bugs, physics quirks, and difficult modding process, it's made for effectively the best sim for VR users. Watching the dry line start to form as the sun starts to poke through the clouds is just insanely immersive. It took a whole dedicated modding team to bring something close to AC and other sims haven't quite matched how easy it is to set up weather and day/night cycles in PC2/AMS2.

    Hello everyone,
My favorite sim just keeps getting better and better. The F-USA gen 3 cars around Spa 1970 is just heaven on earth. I am hoping with the recent modding, maybe the Project cars modding team will create the IR-18 indycar since it was cancelled here.

Fingers crossed that real weather for championships will be fixed soon. It's behaving quite erratically at the moment. I agree that it is quite incredible when it works properly.

If y'all haven't tried that combo, it's ridiculously good fun. Drop the wings down, lengthen the gears, and get ready for absurd speeds. It could only get better if these could somehow run a symmetrical super-speedway trim.

As an Aussie, I never thought I'd be thanking a niche little development house in Brazil, for producing some of the highest quality Australian content in sim racing. But, here we are!

A huge thanks to Renato and team for the dev update. I can't wait for the next release, and Bathurst '83 is a masterful idea.

Maybe one day we'll be able to relive laps like this in similar machinery (well, not the end of the lap in this case...)

Ooh yes please, some Greens Tuf XE in AMS2. I'd pay extra for that.

50 likes and Reiza have to add it  that's the rule isn't it
