You can attend MP sessions with tracks you don't own and drive against cars you don't own.
Thats why you have to have it installed locally

 

I would also like to say I will be supporting this when/if available. I’ve been looking for ways to support Rieza as I love the small details they put into the game such as the piston firing order to simulate the vibrations properly. It’s small things like that that get me excited as it shows the devs want to be as close to the real world as possible. I’m just a college student so I’m not loaded on cash but I would still love to support rieza in future development and even more knowing steam won’t take 30% or however much they take from purchases. Hopefully you guys will open it back up or allow other ways to support

Would be bad but if they do have an exclusive contract it's their good right. Not MSG is the problem, the problem are the track owners who agree on that.

 

Should not be an issue when it comes to licensing the individual manufacturers and their cars, as long as things like WEC, LeMans, etc. aren't mentioned by name. As for the track - a road through the French countryside could go by many names...

 

For the first time, today I noticed the wire from the instrument panel to the rev light on the Opala vibrates with road textures. It’s these subtle details I love in AMS2.

I doubt they will be around for that long after the virtual lemans failure and there many other dodgy business practices, I just hope Rfactor 2 gets a new publisher sooner rather than never

 

i don't understand why they even need a publisher. Doesn't it just go on Steam? Is it for advertisement? Can't word of mouth do that better nowadays?
