Hmm, finally got the latest content but in Single race only have GTE to chose - no other content. GTE was the last thing I raced before the update.

 

The RPM of the Nissan GT3 does not match the numbers in the cockpit

 

You can use right ctrl+k and then the number pad to move the camera and not the FOV. Problem is it doesn´t save the setting so you have to redo it every session. Ideally we should be able to save our chosen view and keep it in memory to load automatically.

 

I've been playing AMS2 a lot on my Steam Deck, and for me the gamepad control is spot on. I'm no gamepad aficionado but I find I get fine and accurate control over the cars whilst still feeling the underlying physics at work. So maybe please don't change it too much

I noticed on my existing setup damping has been reduced to 68 from about 90 I had set before. If I put it higher than 85 then the car will not turn out of the garage in the pits and once on track it is too slow to respond to inputs, so something has changed. I found 75 with speed sensitivity 100 to be good but I need to fine tune. Again, there is a need to be able to reduce steerig lock on digital devices, 16 or 20 minimums are way too high on some tracks and cause excessive tyre scrub as well as over twitch steering.

 

Which cars all support the new Dashboard LEDs for Wheel Lock, Slip, and ABS?

For now I found these 2 cars which support ABS LEDs: Mercedes-AMG GT3 & GT4. And regarding Wheel Lock LEDs I only found the Porsche 911 RSR GTE so far.

Any other car in the game which benefits from this new feature?

The Senna cars are so cool, so immersive the MP4/5 is probably my favorite. My pedals are t really setup for heel & toe and rev matching down to 2nd in the MP4 doesn’t really work

I am still F****** disappointed that when cars cars h, 2-3 laps later their tires and chit is still there wth?!?

 

rightctrl K again once you have the view you want but as I said, it will reset anytime you leave the driving view then you need to right ctrl K then 7 and 5 to restore it. Good luck setting camera view on the starting grid.

 

It´s not terrible but the main issues for me are some cars are over sensitive to inputs with the same settings as others in their class e.g. BMW Gt3 and 4 and some others are not responsive enough e.g. MP4/1. The only way to fix this is by playing with the damping option.

If steering lock could be lowered that should help too, but what I really could do with is mor adjustment of the speed sensitivity to decide at what speed the car can be less twitchy. Raceroom has that and it helps a lot so you can get quick reactions for hairpins but the car is stable in higher speed curves.

It is a sin to drive this car with a paddle shift!!!

 

Remember it only works with right ctrl and to save a setting you have to right ctrl+k again, but it won´t permanently save so any time you switch session it resets.

 

I use speed sens 75 and steering sens 75, damping 0 and others are default. That's my sweet spot right now. Using Xbox 360 wired controller.
