I've to agree that AMS2 rolling start in online races is quite embarassing to show to a potential new user.

It is past funky, it is... bizarre. I think it has to do with some sort of massive desync at the start of the session.

 

Nelson stole them … and stuck them on Team Lotus as a jape.

 

There’s a lot I like, love the CART stuff, Senna Stuff, GT1, group C, and more but then you have other stuff that I’m like

 

mostly by doing some quick tests, the wear of the tires in general, even of the GT3s themselves, are very slow, and maintain a good amount of performance even under 60% of absolute wear.

 

Ohhh. Yeah, that sort of on-the-fly thing isn't possible that I know of.

 

What I find most odd is that AMS2 is filled with F1 content uet we don't have the option to start an F1 race the way they actually start one. Formation then standing start.

 

The new Corvette sound is very quiet for me. I couldn't actually hear it above the sound of the A.i cars and I have that turned down a little already.

 

Can the same be done for the other historical versions of tracks, such as Monza & Spielberg, that are currently limited to smaller field sizes?

 

I did notice after a 15 minute race around Daytona Road that the Brabham's tires had barely dropped at all.

Good question. I never understood the tired hud in AMS2. It would be great to have Reiza explain how it works.

 

Just look at how many hundreds votes AMS2 got on LFM discord when they made a poll as to what sim they should have added to ACC..

 

Wasting your time. The man goes ranting to everyone who will listen that AMS2 is a hotlapping simcade yet he fills this forum and FB with his posts and he thinks that anyone who will not rant like him thinks that everything is perfect in AMS2 and is conspiring against the good of the community.


Also, it is not like iracing has no cheats and flaws whatsoever right?

 

Hi 27, for clarity, does this mean the tire wear on the latest RC is accurate and was excessive prior? I use to psycho-send the Porsche GTE around the Nord and end up with maybe 20-30% wear on the front tires after a single lap.

 

So I've got a video on the way to post in the bug reports, but I think you need to go back on whatever changes you made to dirty air. The AI cars on ovals now fall into a single file line nose to tail and never try to pass, even when you ram them up the track and out of the pack. The other cars slow down to let them back onto line to draft.
