Exactly, no need for 1 million tracks to have a good game and a lot of people playing it this is why I was asking .
(Knell Rohan : "20 track? 20TRACKS!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!??!?!? Is joke? 20 tracks on release? Is microsoft game studio? WTF Microsoft?")

Yeah, they're not really competitors. However, GT7 is and it has 36 locations...

What's really impressive is AMS2's 54 locations (and still more to come...soon I hope!). Also, the historic layouts are so different they could be counted as unique and I wouldn't argue against it. Either way, like PC2, it's a lot of tracks.

It's also never enough lol, just look at all the wishlists.

Does this youtube comment hold truth to it?

I havent played the game for some weeks due to work/life, but I find this very unlikely. If it where a feature of the game, it would be very strange to not have any official info about it. I think it should be pretty easy to test, do a 15 minute practice session, start a full length race, retire and see the fuel level of the AI cars to see if there is some variance. Might do it when I finally get some time to play.

I mean, a lot of us had no idea how Livetrack worked until Crimson told us. Same with brakes being worn.

The AI do have their own strategies...

I've done quite a few full length CART Elkhart Lake races and there's variance that isn't born out of a need to repair something... Some AI go for a splash at the end of the race and others go for an even stint strategy... But they can't do it on 2 stops like I can... Because they don't actively manage their fuel...

But the big issue for me is that they do not vary much in pace during the race, which leads me to believe they don't have fuel weights to contend with... Sometimes a lower tyre management number on a driver will lead to them actually having tyre wear, but I find this to be hit and miss across the entire game... Some AI just do not have tyre wear... But the 1995 CART AI by the wonderful jusk do... I can't comment on the vanilla AI for the CART gen 1 cars in this respect...

And every one of those races had a 60 minute practice session...

Acc licensed only for blancchamp. And limited numbers tracks for game. Kunos is little studio, like reiza... Not billioners.
Reiza "online" many years. Turn studios online many years. Ams2 on release 70+ tracks... FM8 on release 20 tracks...

Forza always was a car collector game. More than 500 cars is the headline.
btw, i think Forza Motorsport 5 had 13 !! locations on release ;)

This is the video I took that comment from. Quite a bit of complaining about the AMS2 AI, similar issues some complain about here but many more are quick to shut down under the 'repetitive complaints are useless' flag.

That's fine, because IRL the car would be up on jacks. I mean the people running across the road and standing in the fast lane.

Will there be a follow up season pass for content not part of the scope of supply of the first one?

No, but since you’re a backer I think you get them for free

A quick clarification on that: Not all "backers" are AMS2 backers, so the label underneath their avatar on this forum does not mean that they are an AMS2 backer / beta tester - just that they have access to the Backer part of this forum.

Regarding @fireballr18 's question, this was brought up and answered in the 2022 December update - if you have any further questions, feel free to ask in that thread:

    @Racinglegend1234 & @Roar McRipHelmet
    Thanks!
So let's wait and see :). Don't have any issue with buying those things separately. Now the only concern I have is that there will be an end of the DLCs :D;)
