How many bugs have you reported? What is your experience with developing game engines? I'm dying to find out... what exactly is your rendering expertise...sub-surface scattering, global illumination, path tracing, single sided polygon, shading languages, normal maps, vertex coloring, backface culling... Tell us EXACTLY what is not working with this game engine and what should Reiza do to meet your valuable expectations?

Criticism without experience or suggestions, is just pure trolling. The world has enough of trolls as it is... we actually need more useful people.

I'd be happy if they never added another class of car to AMS2 and just expanded the current classes. I'm a big fan of the content that matches cars and tracks of a specific era, so I'd love to see expansions to the 70s GT and Touring Car grids (come on Ford Escorts and Capris and a BMW CSL!), as well as more options for Group C, GT1 and the modern GT/prototype classes. Personally I've no interest in street cars, trucks, off road content etc and I feel (subjective, not objective) things like support for the oval content is just stretching the resources too far already.

Diversity within a grid enhances my immersion many fold, as does the matching tracks Reiza is doing such an amazing job with - racing the Porsche RSR and the BMW 2002s on the 70s Sudschleife (and Nordschleife) will be a dream come true for me - would just love to see some more depth in those grids.

Kudos to Reiza though, I think they're striking a decent balance. This update is good evidence of that!

Wow Wow Wow! The Südschleife is my favorite track of all time, my time with it in AC was nothing short of breathtaking so needless to say I'm incredibly excited. Bathurst 83 and the new Formula car is looking quite nice as well! Always great to see more bug fixes and AI improvements along. Glad that you're working on multiplayer, might not be my thing (my ego is about as fragile as turbo-hybrid era F1 car) but still glad something that needs work is getting said work.

And please remember, take your time in order to do it right!

    Just a general reminder:

You are allowed to post the disliking of various decisions taken about the approach AMS2 will be updated but formulate it in a rather civil manner and refrain from being right out hostile and dooming. There is no need for the attitude and behaviour which could hurt commonality for a place we like to enjoy visiting (this platform).

Criticism is always welcome, just be aware that there are humans working on the project dedicating their time to deliver the best possible result that is achievable.

I for one am super excited about this car. It's a contemporary manual transition formula car with downforce that's slower than Formula Retro - that's amazing! I really love how Reiza concentrates on "racecars for normal people." I've never had a fantasy of being an F1 driver and I don't really like the series. I am however interested in what it's like to drive the actual cars that real racing hobbyists drive every day. These cars aren't made for spectators or for television cameras - they are made for the driver, and I love that. Reiza is the only team that seems to really be excited about these types of cars. Bravo for another highly anticipated addition.

As has already been noted a few times, go try the Granja Viana kart track. It already has the 3D trees and no one has reported any performance issues when the new trees were introduced, but kept quiet. If you don't have issues there, you shouldn't have any at other tracks with the 3D trees.

Be aware that Formula Inter has a significant amount of downforce for the low power it provides. It will feel rather modern, even with all the aspects of an expected "Vee with donwforce" you might (rightfully) expect. The car has surprisingly low brake distances and an edge in high speed cornering.

    It's an impressive package nevertheless...

People seem to forget Reiza leans more towards Brazilian motorsport scene... the F-Inter fits the bill very nicely.

Don't expect super snowmobile racing, or vintage Bulgarian Touring championship.

Exactly, content is what bring back players/add new ones, and on top of that the team that do the bug fixes is not the same that produce content, can't ask dor the guy that makes 3d models to mess with the game code

LoL! You might want to send that to Relic for their own use. The Company of Heroes 3 Steam forum is a radioactive hellhole!

There are several tracks in AMS2 where you can actually drive through the 2D sprite trees without coming off the track all to far.. Historic Monza and Yahuarcocha for example. It would also make the situation on those tracks less ridicoulous when those 3D trees are actually are collidable, because the sprite trees are not.

I'm sorry, I use google translator, but I didn't see anything disrespectful or offensive to ban the person, but if that's the criterion, there are some here who, to defend Reiza, use ways to diminish the person, questioning her if she understands technical things , I think Renato that things have to be balanced, you can't act one way and ignore the same action on the other, yes I've been a fan of Reiza since Game Stockcar, I know they are capable of doing wonderful things with few resources, but banning attitudes by a person who bought and bet on the company, and was not ignorant, I think it's too heavy, it may be that the translation is playing a trick on me, but if it didn't, I'm upset with these attitudes of the company.

Nice point, congratulations! I didn't know that to criticize something here we need to have technical experience, it's good to know...

That is a class I'd love to see long term: BTCC or WTCC/WTCR. Another is DTM classic and/or 2016ish. They're the only two series missing imo. Then flesh out those with cars and tracks, as well as V8Supercars. Formula cars are stacked already, grand touring classes are doing mostly well though a bit more depth could be nice in some of the sub classes.

Other than that, feature development and simulation accuracy are my most wants.
