What was the reason you moved to AUS and near CB?

 

Im a new VR user and only just noticed it after years of hidden wheel and arms. It is still a non issue really and i can drive around it while it gets fixed.

 

Okay I noticed a bug/issue with the 911 GTE wheel rpm indicators (at max RPM they shut) and a issue with the 911 GT1 hood damage (it became harder to rip it off in crashes compared to how it was before)

 

Not a triple screen user any more?

 

For me it's really irritating having those missing arms in VR. Though I totally see why it might not be the biggest issue that needs to be fixed.

Not the best timing to do a 1991 F1 series on YT, guess that's on hold for now. Thankfully there's enough other cars we can drive.

 

On another note, is the Lambo license still in the works? I know that was hinted at ages ago, but we haven't had any update outside of some files pointing to a Huracan GT3.

 

Family decision... I was barely consulted... lol

 

you can also add the Aston Martin to that list, shown on screenshots over a year ago, but still no word on those

 

Nah mate, im back into VR again, this time with a Reverb G2. Was just a spur of the moment buy as it came up cheap in my area, went and had a smell, it smelt new so grabbed it.
Its pretty darn amazing. I am going to need your PC though thanks

LOL, how do you find navigating buttons and the like with it? I would be all thumbs and hitting the wrong buttons on wheel and BB or missing them altogether

 

I have my buttonbox down to my right with switches and buttons and it's not an issue, even with triples I used them without looking so this is no different. The FOV os the only really "problem" which is a non issue as I have a neck that still works I love VR now more than I did in my Rift days. I'm tempted to sell my triples and grabbing an ultrawide for story games as an upgrade from my 27" centre screen.

 

I wonder if that licence could include other VW group brands such as Audi and Bentley (id Kill to have the r8 LMP900 and the speed 8)

 

They never have for other games, so I would highly doubt it. Example, Codemasters had a hard time getting Skodas, a weird set of licencing rules about liveries for only Audi and plenty of VWs. Raceroom made a big point of agreement with Bentley despite having plenty of Audis and have never managed to get a Lamborghini.

They are handled as completely separate companies.

Not to mention, I don't think any dev gets a licence for the brand, but an agreement for specific cars (and their exact representation).

 

The VW group is a group of companies that run independently of each other and pool their resources together for R&D...

A licensing deal with one brand, even VW, is meaningless to the other brands...

 

I still notice AI is a bit shy in closing doors and defending. Same as blue flag behavior. However much better than the "competition" (rF2 will never convince me but that's my opinion).
