Now that the historic Nurburgring is not here yet.. just some photos from that past (I sent the developer AMS 2 a lot of photos last winter 2022. I am therefore very curious about the result

In the past I have been very busy with the old Nurnburgring, on this site there are many interesting things, indispensable and interesting to visit

although I am already very happy what these people from AMS 2 do with vintage cars and especially tracks!! No one dares to take it and Reiza just takes the best time in car racing

 

Yes, it's a dream to run with a full Grid, more than any track. If you add 4 classes, the race is pretty empty. it would really be a dream. 60 AI in one run.

As with every single track release: I hope for no FLICKERING textures in VR with this new track. That issue is way bigger than the repeated texture on the asphalt imo. I was also very excited for the historic Bathurst, and yes it's awesome to drive BUT even with this new track they didn't test it properly(or not at all?) in VR. The last huge sign "RE-PO Hi-Tech CAR CARE" on the top of the mountain(just before you drive down) is flickering massively in VR and so are a lot of other (smaller) track side objects(I'm NOT talking about shimmering, I'm talking about flickering textures). Not as bad as Long Beach (where almost half of all road signs flicker) but it's still terrible for a new track. I really hope that the track designers buy a Reverb G2 or something and drive all the tracks and fix these texture-flicker issues.

But anyway, I'm REALLY looking forward to historic Nurburgring! The screenshots look amazing.

 

I also noticed flickering textures in the hp reverb g2. I'm not sure if this is a game issue or if it has to do with openxr, though.
