Very excited to see a Formula Junior car arrive that will fit perfectly in Historical track racing. It will make a fantastic partnership with the Sudschleife, I can't wait!

And it's wonderful to see your teams hard work on the Formula USA car not go to waste thanks to licensing issues. I'm glad to see the teams efforts reach us in a cool "what if" scenario of an Indycar design. Thanks Reiza!

I was kind of hoping that the 6th Premium Track would be Zandvoort, since that is on 4th place in the unofficial poll while Barcelona is on 9th placeā€¦ but seeing that Barcelona has a RX layout, that gives me hope that Reiza might be planning to include the RX layouts of all premium tracks (except Monza, naturally).

I absolutely don't mind it is a generic model - to me it is the closest to us having IndyCar 2023 outside of mods in the game, so i am BEYOND HAPPY !

Thanks Renato for another exciting dev update!
Hope to see the new content coming soon together with the previously announced ones (limited set of tires, tow to garage, netcode improvements and etc).

This will be my next tatoo for this summer:
Had a good laugh while reading this!

Although there are many updates mentioned that give us "nice to have" new things, this is the one "Must have" in this future update. I am so glad that they are finally giving multiplayer more attention. I have been driving in leagues for the last few years, and the multiplayer has only got worse and worse.
Thank you so much for starting to really look in to this!

Awesome read. As amazing as the new content is, the physics updates are what caught my eye. Really looking forward to the update in hopes it eliminates a lot of the wonky behavior many have been reporting. I am very optimistic about it.
Without communication, the users (especially after 3 years of full release) can only assume that the way the cars handle is how Reiza intend them to handle. I get that folks will always gripe about physics and no sim is perfect. For me the main difference is that AMS2 compared to other sims has behavior that feels unpredictable compared to others and that is a very offputting sensation as real racecars are quite predictable. This update was very refreshing to read.
Barcelona is one of my fav tracks and the F USA looks better than the real cars it may or may not intend to be representing (Lawyered!)

Lastly... Plz fix F Reiza tires!

I like the shape of Formula USA 2023, hope it drives well. If the BMW 2002 turbo could also be reviewed, it would be good because I find it bad at the moment.
Barcelona, without any enthusiasm, I must admit. This is a track seen in many games and it doesn't particularly offer really different historical variants. I would have much preferred Mexico City or Zandvoort.
    It's not too late Reiza...

What a blast of a dev update!! This is excellent and actually seems like you just wrote it specifically for me.
F-Junior - have been asking for something like that about a week ago and there it is already. F-USA 2023 - excellent way to circumvent the licencing issue, and I'm hugely excited for how it'll drive. Circuit de Catalunya - just when it finally becomes great again, we get it. I admit I would have been more excited for something like Zandvoort, but Catalunya is a must have and great track to race on.

Now as for the physics developments, these are the most exciting of all to me. We've recently been discussing the main physics oddities of AMS2 over on Steel's discord and the way cars turn in and react to slides has been under by far the most scrutiny.

Can we expect that driving styles that rely on excessive drifting are going to be much harder to pull off now? And can we also expect that turning in too much will be punished more now because of the more direct steering?

Very excited to see - as it seems, the F-Inter, which is a notable improvement especially in terms of turning behaviour, is only the tip of the iceberg and there's much more to expect.

I'm ready for that May update, even if it doesn't come in May :D
