Automobilista 2 April 2023 Development Update

For me it goes in the category of "I guess could but I refuse too", like new AAA games that just have absurd prices now, I'm not burning money yet haha, I became a big sale only buyer. And iRacing is like paying what I paid for AMS2 once in a sale but every month, and just to have the bare minimum of content I would like, just nope and I dont even care for mp.

I've been thinking of getting it for some time now, maybe I should.

 

And there are a lot of old great simracing games you can get for free. GP4, F1 Challenge, Nr2003, and Grand Prix Legends are all legendary sims that hold up to this day.

 

I remember my PC at the time couldnt handle it (I was playing GP2 still) and today I dont like too much to deal with older games, but damn it makes me wonder.

 

I might be incorrect, but aren’t updates released at 19:00 cest? (What mow that is in utc)

 

I've no words... I simply suggested a sim with the best online experience and then another one which I think is the best overall, but by simply saying "iRacing" it brings out sticks and stones? Just because I mentioned it I'm declared as privileged? What makes you think I can afford all the content? The FF is free, I only own the F3 and about 4 tracks... currently subscribed to a 3 month plan.

People have strong opinions pro or against iRacing I guess, droping the name will stir thing up usually even if its not the intention. I didnt assume privilege or anything, but for most people its a bad deal.

 

I've never noticed any specific time for AMS2 updates, better not to expect it. Here it's 13:32 now, so who knows.

 

Facts are facts. Iracing is the best sim on the market from a multiplayer and oval physics perspective. you get what you pay for with Iracing, and some sim racers here seem to forget or flat out refuse to acknowledge that the sim racing market wouldn't be what it is without Iracing. if you don't like it or feel you can't afford it there's plenty of alternatives out there.

Well mine goes 28 and it is electric. The only problem might be it is a Chinese brand.
(It has no limiter when going downhill so I reached 60)

 

Also, I like Civilization V. Especially playing as Gandhi. It's a kiloton of fun.

 

I will admit, outside of Nr2003 dealing with older games tends to be a big pain especially with mods. But I've found it tends to be worth it
