It's a day too late to fix track limits on Monac... I mean Azure, for the Weekly TT.

I have the pace for a top time, but the top 3 drivers are exploiting broken track limits.

 

If you want to play semantics... do you really think you "own" any software? You don't

Are the guys getting the pre-version of the upd allowed to say if they does feel the physics change or if they have a suspicion its mostly placebo?

Nah... Jokes aside, Jose64lopez should be P1, I should be P2. You can basically skip T1 and both chicanes if you position the car just right.

There's been a whole debate in the TT report thread about the ethics of abusing track limits. If everyone is using it, should good drivers who wouldn't normally use such "cheats" use them?

If you can't beat 'em, do you join them?

Edit: I'm tempted to change my steam name to "FixTrackLimits" and using the skip to set a top time.

 

A little over reaction there mate...

I said I felt that it's a little bit of that... Which meant that's what I feel whenever anyone suggests to someone else to try iRacing, it's a moment of "If they had the money they'd already of tried it"... I wasn't calling you directly privileged because I don't know your situation, you could simply be juggling things better than others... I was just making mention that is how I see those recommendations, and it's something to keep in mind when recommending...

That said... After trying it, I feel the way it captures those who can spend money on it has been detrimental to the sim racing world... It creates far too many toxic comments born from that money spent having to be worthwhile and possibly explained to others that it's the best in all facets of sim racing in order to keep paying for it... Leading to a lot of claims that it's the best in facets where it's just not...

It's got a good and solid ranked multiplayer service... But if you want anything else in sim racing you have to look elsewhere for the best in the genre... All you have to do is look at the unpaid real life driver reviews... Like Newgarden with the Indycar...

If we really want to play semantics about ownership... No one owns anything, we all die...

 

I'm not a TT driver... Mainly use them to see what other people's philosophies on how to set up the car for the track are...

The obvious cut tracks are one of the main reasons I just don't care for them... But the cut tracks are a problem for all modes...

 

Fair enough I can deal with a single day delay without loosing my mind pressing f5 here and on Steam DB

Nothing to be excited about. There is almost no difference between 720 gT3 and Evo. Thats why its free. Macca is my car in ACC and I feel zero difference as the casual racer.

 

Do you like the Mercedes GT3 in AMS2?

 

I personally did feel the new GT3 Evo is much more lively than the GT3. Also feel like it over-rotates a lot on throttle contrary to the GT3. Of course this is all what I felt, could be wrong.
