Report: I did a bunch of laps in the F-USA 2023 around various tracks and discovered the tire wear feels good and more realistic, until you lock up... Once you lock up a tire, it vibrates a ridiculous amount, even if the lockup wasn't that bad. Same thing happens if you slide the rear a bit but no rear lock ups or spins. If a big lockup occurs, then it appears to give you a puncture where your tire pressure goes to 0.00. However, it simply behaves as if there is a huge flat spot, and becomes difficult to drive on. One weird bug I noticed is once you have zero pressure, the temperature fluctuates between 60 and 120 rapidly to the point where your tires are green and will flash orange or red every second or so.
Steps to reproduce: Drive the F-USA 2023 car around with tire wear turned on a lock up the brakes a couple times.

 

Ginetta P1 does not have Rear Wet tires

They cannot be manual selected (Only Soft Slick and Applicable by weather)
If you select Applicable by weather you only get soft slicks no matter if track is wet or dry
Front tires can be changed to wet or dry.

Applicable Settings: I only have VR(tested two headsets, Reverb G2 and Pimax Crystal) so I don't know if it also happens without VR but I think it does/probably does
Report: ALL 3D people models that stand on the side of the road at rougly 100-200? meters and above are not there.

Level of detail should be further away, it should be ~500 meters but that's not even the biggest issue:

The biggest issue is when you get closer then that then there is a HALF BODY(head is cut off the body) person standing there. When you drive even closer (VERY close) at around a ~75 meters, THEN the head comes on the body and the 3d people model gets complete.

This completely ruins the immersion in this track for me. I hope that it can be fixed because it's an amazing looking and driving track. Thank you for your attention.

Steps to reproduce: Drive on Jerez Historic 1988 and you will see the strange half body 3d persons with cut off heads on the side of the road...

Report: The curbs in the exit of turn 10 (the one that kind of points toward the pit-entry). If you run the left side tyres a bit over, the car comes to an almost immediate stop. So lets say when the car should behave like a bottom-out, it just behaves real weird. Had similar happen when going over the exit curbs in turn 9 aswell but I can't confirm that it's consistent as I rarely go out there.

Report: The Formula Junior mirrors do not change perspective, when you move your head in VR. The reflection in them stays fixed.

This feature works correctly for the new F-USA 2023 and F Inter.

 

It works. You've got to hold "boost" button down and it very slowly depletes the blue icon in the HUD.

Report: On the telemetry HUD page, the tire temperature color in the lower right corner will not automatically change. If you switch HUD and return to the telemetry HUD page, the color will remain in that instant state.
Perhaps the same goes for green, but I have never encountered a situation where green changes to another color, so I cannot determine whether the color in the lower right corner has been changing or not.

 

The UI shows the same amount of turns for both layouts of the Barcelona track, which i think is incorrect, it shows 16 turns for both, whilst the layout without the chicane has 14 turns.

 

The Indianapolis Oval track is no longer lit. I would swear she was before. Anyone else notice this?

This was in the RELEASE CANDIDATE. And now it's still exactly the same in the Final.

I hope that this will be hotfixed, since the amazing new car is now not usable in VR.

How can this this be overlooked by dev's? Do they not have a VR hmd?

The mirrors can:
1. not be adjusted
2. don't move when you move your head.

 

Holy crap!! Wasn't that issue one of the improvements that are gonna be fixed in 1.5?
The sudden bottom out of cars on some parts of some circuits, happens sometimes in Hockenheim historic in the Vintage-G1 just after the first right hander, you hear a BANG and a sudden compression.

Think it was supposed to be an issue with the undertray and suspension.

Report: Server lobby: RCO.R.6437 racecraft.online Race server is visible WITHOUT a password in the server list(no lock). But when I try to join it, it gives an error that I cannot join it because I don't have the password. It's been there for days/a week or something and it never works.
Steps to reproduce: go to Multiplayer server list

 

I think that server uses a whitelist, which means you can only access it if your steamid is on the whitelist, i dont think this is an ams2 issue, but RCO related
