    It makes perfectly sense.
    And I hope you are right.:)
    But what I fear - and thats the reason I included the similarity of the new F-Junior - is that this over-smoothness(IMO) will be found in all the 1.5 updated cars when they reach us.

    And because I really like a lot of the formula cars in AMS2 as they are now then I exactly know what such a general change in TM will mean for my personal entusiasm for this sim.
    No big deal - OK. Because its just me.:rolleyes:

    ByTheWay: I hope Im wrong with this fear - after just testing the 2 cars out with this 1.5 thing:D

    this is only for track cars or weather and date, imagine if you put the lobby settings, times and number of drivers. An immensity not noticed by many.

    Another factor is the AMS2 file size versus the ACC file size on steam

    AMS2 is huge...

    It´s not a bad idea - I´m nothing if not a optimistic scheduler as it´s been pointed out often :) But perhaps more anxious folks should also not hold estimates given to inform users on what release plans are as a promise for a release date, nor interpret release dates when no specific one has been given. Afterall the original article posted in June 19th suggests a release within the next few weeks - considering that was 4 weeks ago, I don´t see how we are behind the latest official word on v1.5 release.

    We could of course just not give any such estimates, but then we get borbarded with complaints about lack of info - we´ve been around this block enough times and tried both approaches to know that happens either way, and the same discussions take place all the time. While we are still due to deliver on products some users already paid for, I feel compelled to give them some prospect as to when they might expect that to be fulfilled. Moving forward without that commitment, perhaps we´ll opt not to - some people will find that more appropriate, others less, to an end result of roughly the same amount of objections.

    Ultimately this is game development folks, most of you have been users of this and other such products for a while now to know schedules for these are never written in ink - to some extent it´s also on the users to learn to live with that reality.
