GTRevival Starts GT1 Throwback with Lister Storm

Any chance of the partnership bring this bad boy to ams 2 when 1990’s Le Mans arrive?

 

I already drove the Lister Storm in AMS2 (as a mod). And it drives really nice. It's weird to see such a long bonnet. And it requires a bit of a different timing into the corners in VR (because of this long bonnet).

 

Where can I find this mod?

 

Are you talking about the Panoz ? I’m hoping that your not and that there is a Storm available somewhere.

 

The Lister doesn't sport a long hood so I'm pretty confident he's speaking about the Panoz. Sadly...

 

AMS 2 Competizione

 

Many complain about the fact that a lot of people play AMS2 with GT3 or GT4 with a "why not just play ACC" ... many reasons - ACC in VR is fugly and runs awful too, there is nowhere near as many tracks and they are locked behind paid DLC if you want to take them online, and i also do not like how ACC feels. So if feel like doing something more casual then i am fine hopping onto only AMS2 for GT3 or GT4 racing.

 

Well, people are free to play whatever class and sim they enjoy.

However I'm VERY disappointed with the MP community, not only AMS2, but in general. Overall it is quite hard to get a full lively open wheel lobby anywhere, including rF2's LFM. The exception is, ofc, iRacing.

It really sucks to enjoy the things only a minority also do ;(

 

Screw iracing, join an AMS2 league where people drive a variety of cars ! Semi Slick Racing has season racing ONLY in open-wheel F1 cars, Noob Gamerz had the F-Vintage Junior, P1 and Formula Vee Fin in the previous seasons .. just have to join a league, public servers will never have dedicated people to a car classes that requires a lot more nuance and patience, let alone actually staying till the end of the race after just one mistake.

 

I feel your pain. I am really getting tired of joining lobbies with no damage and AI opponents! And trying to find active lobbies in US time zone is very frustrating. Joining a league or iracing are my only options.
