I missed the beta club because I did know I would not have had the time to dedicate to it due to family....and honestly I like this waiting and I like the fact that they are working a lot on it. It means that there is actually core stuff under development.
Only thing I was hoping was a little bit more information/videos from the club guys to us.
I saw racinglegend1234 and tarmac_terrorist videos and I loved them.
But maybe some shorter video, onboard, 1-2 laps, also without commenting....I'd love to see a bit of that to try to understand what to expect...

 

i to missed out on the beta. Kinda hopeing that when they have got to maybe 1.6 they may do a few more keys. If so ill be right on that!

 

Thanks for that info, anyway, is porsche cup Gen2 with new porsche 992 planned in some updates after or maybe this one ?

Speaking of the Porsche Cup, saw them live at COTA in the weekend and they are properly loud, I think even louder than the F1 cars, sounded awesome. Properly quick as well, glued to the track and with great traction out of turn 12, I don't follow that series so I don't know much, do they have TC?

 

As far as I know it depends on the single countries regulations. National porsche cup championships usually allow TC and (not sure) ABS, but the international championship (porsche supercup) should run with no aids if I recall correctly

 

Porsche Carrera Cup on the Nordschleife definitely use both TCS and ABS.

 

They where definitely using TC and ABS then, since it was the national North America Cup. I didn't see a hint of lockups or wheelspin in turn 12 (only saw the 2nd race). I was properly impressed by them, although the race had too many safety cars.

 

I'm a glass half empty person, so i'll stick my neck out and say if the update hits in 5 days, i'll eat my hat. Not in a bad way, it's just looking at the amount of work going in behind the scenes is extraordinary.
Of course, even in the Paddock Club, we only see the latest available build to us, so things could be further along on internal builds.

 

Personally I'm expecting it to release on the 31st of October, at 23:59.999 UTC -10:00, the last possible millisecond they can say it's October anywhere on earth.

 

It will be released on October 35th.

 

Don't hold your breath, guys. Its a big task to complete.

 

Me personally will be happy to have the update for the Christmas holidays but sooner would be a bonus .

You state that as a fact, when we all know the actual release will be Nocember the 12st.

 

If Reiza released 700 cars as a surprise, like GT and Forza, probably less than 24 minutes would pass before the first users started looking for updates.

Every joke becomes a boomerang at some point...when you get a banana to the head as an update. Good software takes time...especially with simulations.
Give the men space even if it is delayed for months.
